Farm 6 Hosting Refund Policy

At Farm 6 Hosting, we believe in building relationships, not locking you into contracts. However, because we incur costs the moment we provision server space or register domains on your behalf, we adhere to the following refund guidelines.

1. Web Hosting & Concierge Plans

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are a new client and are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial signup.
• After 30 Days: Hosting services are billed in advance. If you cancel after the first 30 days, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
• Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused months, minus a 20% administrative fee to cover merchant processing and provisioning costs.

2. Domain Names

• Non-Refundable: Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable. Once a domain is registered with the central registry (e.g., CIRA for .ca domains), the cost is incurred instantly and cannot be reversed.
• If you cancel your hosting, your domain remains yours. You are free to transfer it to another registrar at any time.

3. Setup Fees & Add-ons

• One-time setup fees, migration fees, or “Concierge” hourly labor fees that have already been performed are non-refundable.

4. How to Cancel

• You may cancel your service at any time via your Client Area or by opening a support ticket.
• Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid automatic charges.
